one person is in a wheelchair with a back injury and is very old; a girl who's 33 year old mother was incarcerated and her daughter broke up;

for the old man, insurance can pay for anything he needs or just provide resources like a back brace; for the woman, her daughter should go to workshops or events in school like peer mediation or therapy in school. This can be free service teacher or other students participate in to help.
