Provide a holistic pest control service that does the following: re-train the 311 staff on how to communicate tenants' issues and complaints properly, get an outside extermination company to manage the rodent issue, revamp the garbage disposal around the building to decrease rodent issue, and have maintenance come into the apartment to plug the hotels and teach them about cleanliness.
