They have limited access to help services (not many adult classes, hard to commute, limited experience.); Jobs dont tend to have people who speak english; Awareness of services/programs; not much of a support system -- childcare!!

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Spread awareness through schools and libraries; digital campaign; flyers; running the campaign through social media posts; flyers, politicians and others visiting; Activities in the libraries where community members create the flyers for the digital campaign (can spend some money on raffle gifts, wages for people running the activity, and snacks); inform about different community resources.
