S. Richmond Hill is a very culturally diverse neighborhood. Residents across the spectrum are English challenged, if , they can not speak at all and have little to no understanding or knowledge of important services for mental health, English language, exercise for health benefits and programs specifically targeted towards seniors

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Create a single wide range program of services that can be ported across all neighborhoods. The program is called "LEMON" or " LEMON Aide, an Acronym for
