Describe the challenge you want to address:

Haruto is disabeled and he needs free or low cost healthcare. He needs access to mental health resources. Youth shelter is a very unstable home he is almost 18 and housing would be helpful as well.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

in terms of housing resources, a program that will facilitate housing and getting a job and leading a healthy life after the youth center, also free healthcare would be helpful.
