Some of the challenges that my audience face that keeps them from enjoying the city is the dirt/mess/dirty city (people littering, not cleaning up after themselves)

some ideas we came up with to help address this challenge in developing more people to help keep the city clean. Implement more recreation centers, movie theatres, parks.
