Describe the challenge you want to address:
People who immigrates in NYC has very little English language proficiency and they have a cultural gap with that when they have a disabled child that makes their life in this city extremely challenging.
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:
I would like to have free language learning program. Programs that teach skills to our younger generation. Youth who have disability need skill building programs. So that they can be in the workforce of the city & they can be useful.
