Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Weekly online night workshop for immigrants and people who have limited english skills that offers resume building tips, cover letter, helping to look through job lists and interview tips. Each week the workshop would be focused on one skill. The instructor could help each person individually. This would be a free workshop and advertised in immigrant communities.
