There are some irresponsible dog owners East New York do not clean up their dogs poop and leave the waste for residents to step on. This happens on the streets and the paths along the building walkways.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Provide free poop bags to the East New York community. Outreach through social media and flyers to get the message across to as many dog owners as possible. Set up a community committee to monitor the progress of the program and where additional bag resources might be needed.
