Youths and older adults are not really safe due to police brutality, gun violence, lack of resources, lack of transportation, lack of safe shopping.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Police needs more training on how to deal with youth and black community. We need to create programs it lead by the youth.

We also need to create a coalition on group that will help create super market within our community.
