Music class. Learning how to play instruments are very expensive. Art classes for younger youth (elementary). Classes are too far for queens residents.

More intentional creaive programming for 1-8. Acrylic paint, watercolor, clay molding, instrument lessons beyond the basics, community performance expo. Perhaps an intense application based programming.
