Describe the challenge you want to address:

Not feeling safe when you step out. Just the other day, Popeyes got robbed by 3-4 people with the guns. Before police use to come right away but now it takes 3-4 hours for them to show.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

We have to identify why those attacks are happening and see patents of these attacks, and what are they lacking. We noticed most of these are being caused by young adults, is this because they don't have money or have too much time in hand? Do they need more opportunities, we should provide more activities, and host events to keep them busy. Bored with the patterns, we can come up with a solution.
