A young single girl, Agatha. She works at a restaurant as a waitress and her shift ends late at night. She doesnt feel safe, on the subway. She could be mugged, pushed in front of the train. Someone could do damage to their health by smoking on the train.

More police officers, or trained community group on the subways at night. To help homeless people find shelter and medical services, enforce no smoking rules, use cameras for security
