People who are homebound cannot get groceries delivered to them. Meals on Wheels only brings a little cooked meals. People can cook but cant get to store or cant afford the food or delivery charges of shop-rite etc.

Create a food pantry program or augment a program to secure more food and *illegible* to deliver groceries / pantry bags to shut ins disabled and elderly.
