Many New Yorkers, especially non-native English speakers and those with low literacy levels, find it challenging to access valuable city resources due to language barriers and limited awareness of available services.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Launch a multilingual promotional campaign for public libraries, coupled with literacy programs. This campaign will highlight library resources and offer English literacy classes for non-native speakers and individuals with low literacy skills.
