Describe the challenge you want to address:
we have a beautiful playground that belongs to ps 151q, with huge soccer field, playground for kids, basketball fields. Unfortunately teens started to destroy slides, benches, soft cover with their skateboards. They climb and hang on basketball rings. They loitering, throwing drugs around. People walk their dogs there and don't clean after them. 2 times the slides were broken and school had to replace it. for now it's no more open for public We need this playground open to our kids and for our community. We don't have too many playgrounds and places for sport around.
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:
We need a security/ guardian at this playground. In this case this place would be safe from vandalism and enjoyable again for all ages. Plus we need programs after school at this place. In this case teens will be busy, but not just hanging on basketball rings and destroying all around.
