NYC is currently being a lawless city and people have to protect themselves and their family by their own. Criminals are out on the streets and they get no consequences when robbing stores or attacking innocent people.

Reform the jurisdiction system and put criminals in jails. Even a kid knows there is consequence after they did something wrong.
