Woodhaven is a small neighborhood that does not get a lot of attention from city council members.

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Hosting a series of town halls to engage specifically with Woodhaven residents to understand and address their needs in a holistic way. This can be hosted in schools or other spaces led by residents to then bring these concerns to our elected officials, community boards & block associations.

Additionally, it needs to be done with effective outreach that actually reaches Woodhaven residents instead of the insular groups.
