"The challenge is for a 21yr old single father, has seen the demise or seminar friends who have died through gun violence. He has been becoming more withdrawn and is feeling more isolated.

He is not participating in the world or working. He feels invisible since he is not identified as an offender, gang member or other negative attribute"

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

"Training coaches to become mentors & resource professionals who will be better able to handle counseling, research and identify challenging behaviors (indicators).

They should also have a database of agencies & organizations that participants can be referred to. "
