I would like the blue collar arts taught to girls and boys in high school. A. Mentorship program with companies ( plumbing and electrical )

Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:

Solicit companies to provide a mentorship for boys and girls that may or may not have an interest in the trades. Blue collar workers are greatly needed.
