Describe the challenge you want to address:
Unfortunately we live in a city that has many predators. Far too many times we hear people getting assaulted.
Many people who suffer assaults may have been spared the severity by simply knowing how to implement simple self-defense moves.
Hence the need for free self-defense classes all over the 5 boroughs of New York City .
A well defended neighborhood is a well-defended community which is a well-defended society which is a well-defended country.
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:
Everyone should know how to defend themselves when confronted with danger.
Whether it's hand-to-hand defense or utilization of close items in one's presence for self defense.
I propose that throughout the five boroughs of New York City, with the help of non-profit assistance of martial arts experts who will be given
tax breaks and incentives to teach kids, adults and whoever desires to participate in learning these skills.
Write the zipcode that best represents your New York City community:
10467
