What problem would you like to solve?

[your answer here]

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

[your answer here]

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Replace all uncovered garbage cans on Flatbush Ave between Empire and Parkside Ave with covered garbage cans. There have been some replacements over the years with specific garbage cans getting upgraded - a few from Mathieu Eugene and some from the Community Board but there are still MANY garbage cans without tops causing a mess on any given windy day. These new cans will improve the overall garbage on the street. There are 2 of these uncovered cans at the corner of Fenimore and Flatbush. There is one on the corner of Chester Court and Flatbush. There are many more in this strip. This will quickly and easily improve the garbage situation on the dirty corner of Flatbush between Empire and Parkside Ave. As a business owner I have watched garbage fly out of these uncovered garbage cans. It's enraging. No one wants a dirty neighborhood. Everyone complains about the garbage. Some new cans could easily help make our streets cleaner.

Who would that help?

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?
