What problem would you like to solve?

Young people can learn from seniors, seniors need another way to earn money when they are on limited incomes that will not interfere with programs like SSI.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Because youth and young adults are not talking or passing knowledge to each other. Because they lack wisdom and understanding, they are missing on important information that can be used to help each other and continue to pass down knowledge and advice.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We need to create a funded mentorship program. This way we can pay seniors to become mentors to our youth.

    Who would that help?

    Seniors and young adults.

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

    Manhattan
