What problem would you like to solve?

The problem I would like to solve is needed affordable help for senior citizens.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

The senior population is growing yearly without money and who are on fixed incomes. They lack social services, adequate health, safety, food, etc.,

What idea do you have to address the problem?

An idea that would help is to invest more time and expenses providing more benefits in healthcare, housing, food, etc., on a consistent basis that would keep with the rising inflation rates. Maybe a coordinator or someone who is familiar with these services and can help folks apply for existing services.

    Who would that help?

This will help all seniors, especially those who are on disability.

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

    Washington Heights, Manhattan.
