What problem would you like to solve?

I want more of the kind of training for our youth that is in demand for employment.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It will create the kind of incentive that builds self-esteem and self-reliance.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Bring back the A+ certification training that NYCHA once offered. Either through NYCHA again, or through an existing CBO with experience.

Who would that help?

It would help the youth and their families.

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

Washington Heights/Inwood
