Helping People (many times youth) choose the right profession.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

To obtain job satisfaction and competency.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Create a 5-intern rotation program for people. Match them with a professional in that field and counsel them after each rotation for a better job/profession match
