What problem would you like to solve?

It will help youth, young adults, and adults gain on-the-job training in the insurance industry to create a long-lasting career in the insurance industry and for those who want to open their insurance agency to create generational wealth

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because our youth and adults are having difficulty finding employment in their communities. This is important to keep small businesses thriving in East Harlem.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Each participant will go through 16-week on-the-job training, and this will help bring our unemployment rates down in East Harlem

    Who would that help?

East Harlem Insurance Brokerage will provide all the training and partnerships with Big I New York and PIA.

What NYC borough would benefit from your idea?

East Harlem and all five boroughs
