Self Defense and Self Care Community Classes

What problem would you like to solve?

The lack of public safety on the subway, in buildings, and outside.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

There are a lot of unsafe areas and insecurity in the streets, and we don't feel safe or protected.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

There should be a program with services to teach people how to care for each other and how to defend each other. This will both increase knowledge of self-defense and increase community bonds.

Who would that help?

Everyone in the community.

What NYC borough would benefit from your idea?

Bronx.
