What problem would you like to solve?

Lack of garbage cans throughout Harlem.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Tired of seeing people in my neighborhood throwing their garbage in the streets and sidewalks.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Place more garbage cans like they have in the other neighborhoods. There are garbage cans on every corner from 96th street and down, but they disappear in upper Manhattan. It would also help get rid of rats.

    Who would that help?

    Everyone.

What NYC borough would benefit from your idea?

    Manhattan
