Building Requirements for Outdoor Sidewalk and Curb Area Aesthetics

What problem would you like to solve?

To assure that landlords of all types continue their commitment to community and city by maintaining sidewalk and curb appeal by removing trash, debris, and weed control outside buildings and lots

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Contains infestations of vermin; creates better walkway and parking access; eliminates draining issues from clogged debris at drain sites; improves community environments

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Funding of foot patrols by teens 16-21 to notify and give visuals to city inspectors of problems in their community; help others who maintain streetscapes to work with commercial landowners; integrate with 311 notice and action systems

Who would that help?

All communities in NYC
