Many immigrants come here to work and they gain a lot of hard skills, but there is not enough soft skills training that helps set them up for career advancement

BYOB: Be Your Own Boss - Have an entrepreneur training course that teaches immigrants basic business-building skills such as licensing, legal protocols, and wellness while running a business
