What problem would you like to solve?

A problem I would like to solve is the reduction of unemployment.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

This is important to solve because alot of people in the community are facing unemployment thus they are unable to pay their bills and risk homelessness. This is relevant to my community because this is an issue my whole community is dealing with. The risk of homelessness is scary and can take a toll on someone mentally.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

An idea I have is creating a program or service which assists people with gaining helpful skills to seek employment. These skills are crucial for the workplace and should be taught to those who may need it to succeed.
