the problem we would like to solve is the lack of job opportunities and trainings for teens

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

this is important to solve as high schoolers are in need to learn how to prepare for the real world and need to be introduced to the work force. additionally,, this allows teens to make their own income, and this can help recover the lack of employees in the stores

What idea do you have to address the problem?

ideas that we have to help address the problem is to hire people to help train/teach teens to preform real life work/jobs. Furthermore, hire people to reach out to jobs in community which may have available job positions for teens

Who would that help?

this would help teens in which may be financially unstable or have too much free time. also would help store in need of employees
