What problem would you like to solve?

Bikes running lights, cyclists riding on sidewalks, illegal traffic maneuvers. bikes are not identifiable, so there is no recourse if there is illegal activity.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

People are getting hurt everyday. people are afraid to go out and shop or cross the street.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

License and ensure all bicycles.

Have a separate police division to enforce existing laws and ticket scofflaw bicyclists.

Who would that help?

Everyone, but especially seniors.
