Better cleaning in NYCHA apartment buildings is needed. There is always garbage in the staircase and pee in the elevators.

It is important to keep the buildings clean so people can feel comfortable with their living environment.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Get teens to volunteer and possibly get a stipend to clean up the buildings.
