    Monolingual individuals will have greater opportunities to employment and sense of community.

    Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

    Most employment opportunities request bi-lingual .

    What idea do you have to address the problem?

    In same fashion as ESOL create opportunities in reverse inclusive of ASL and IT.

    Who would that help?

    Parents, Childrens, young adults, employers.
