What problem would you like to solve?

There are talented BIPOC residents (youth especially) that have no access to networks in the film/animation industry.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It is extremely important to solve, since these careers do pay well. You can be an \"artist\" and do well financially. This is a way poverty can be broken (the chain).

What idea do you have to address the problem?

I want to bring BIPOC established animator artist filmmakers for several workshops followed by option of \"internships\" for talented youth.

    Who would that help?

BIPOC talented youth in Washington Heights/Inwood.

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

    Washington Heights
