What problem would you like to solve?

There is limited space allotted for senior citizens to gather for various programs and activities. Within JCC, there is an open room that they don't authorize us to use. Instead we're placed in a room that's also used as a storage. Kids get precedent, and the community that raised them gets left behind.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

It is important for seniors to have adequate space to fellowship with each other so they can learn different things happening in the world through essential programs.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

We should be able to have a senior citizen network of resources similar to classified ads that, for example, help to rent unoccupied spaces so we can attend more programs and activities pertaining to our health, wellness and safety issues.
