What problem would you like to solve?

Young men in our community need professional training, social skills, and job/education readiness, but they're unmotivated.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

These kids will become the next generation and I want my family to be supported by true leaders.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

Create a sports development program. One with a curriculum centered around physical training, but then offers mental health counseling, tutoring, scholarship guidance, etc.

Who would that help?

Young men that don't realize they can get paid doing what they love.

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?
