It is important for community members to feel safe and to have an idea of how police will be involved in the community.
What idea do you have to address the problem?
Creating a quarterly evaluation for every branch. Perhaps also creating a program where community members can be involved in this quarterly evaluation, either through a visit to the NYPD, or creating a commission of community members to provide evaluations.
