What problem would you like to solve?

Lack of skills/early training.

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

There are many students who are leaving high schools without the necessary skills for survival. It is relevant because without adequate opportunity it increases the chance of violence/crime rate in the community.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

In school skills building/training/teaching culinary, welding, woodshop, sewing, etiquette to students as early as elementary. Hands on training with existing community base businesses.
