What problem would you like to solve?

There is not enough access to hyperlocal technology programming here in the community. Many if the afterschool programs are not really productive or substantive so the children are not left with usable skills

Why is it important to solve? Why is it relevant for the community?

Children need an opportunity to learn a new skill and explore new career pathways. The organizations that are contracted to serve our children need to have better skills and qualifications.

What idea do you have to address the problem?

I would like to see a substantive after-school coding course for those as young as elementary school all the way to adulthood.

    Who would that help?

Youth in particular nd everyone else

What neighborhood would benefit from your idea?

    East Flatbush
