Describe the challenge you want to address:: Youth unpreparedness for the workforce. They and/or families may have related issues gathering documents and all things related to applying for a job.
What is the solution to the challenge?: Youth program that focuses on job preparation beginning at age 14-16. The program would provide all resources (mock interviews, job application, help with resumes, etc). Service - provide the community (youth) with help to compile all necessary docs once they are ready to apply.
