Describe the challenge you want to address:

The current challenge I see in the community is specifically affecting our youth. They have no where to conjugate, relax, exercise or to simply gather in an orderly manner in a decent brick & mortar setting.

What is the solution to the challenge?

To solve the issue, I believe there should be more youth centers for our youth to engage with one another. Outside of schooling, I would provide a safe haven where children can go to read books, use the computers, play games and enjoy sports.
