The problem is that people use a lot of drugs, and children see all of this; marijuana should be removed.

What is the solution to the challenge?

We believe this can be resolved by creating rehabilitation centers where all these people can be taken, cared for, and helped to quit using drugs. They could receive counseling, food, and medicine.
