At the Gowanus Houses, there are signs about pet waste everywhere--telling people to dispose of it properly. But there is still a lot of pet waste about. At some parks and dog runs in the area, there are dispensers where people can take bags to use for their pet's waste. Why not put them here as well, since they are clearly needed? Having the bags available will enable people to take heed of the signs.
