One challenge my audience faces that keeps them from participating is the lack of capacity to sustain and serve the demand the new programs will create

I think we need to take into account the demand this service may generate considering the influx of newly arrived migrants from South America who have entered our public schools this year, it is imperative to have a strategy to address this problem
