No time, overwhelmed systems (family, self, church, etc); no plug-in to community; undiagnosed mental health issues across family and generations; isolation as a family
Describe your idea and approach to address the challenge:
Mission: to support minji in creating a home and bringing a home to her children; to help foster the next generation in coming home to themselves. 2 to 3 times a week: pick up children from school; daily movement (breathwork, dance, yoga, etc.); daily healthy snack (enjoyable and healthy); Daily tutoring; daily connection groups (emotional, spiritual, hygiene) ; parent support (weekly/biweekly); consultation; "meet your village"; parent support group; focus on mothers (let's parent the parent); sliding scale based on income and number of children;
