Brooklyn streets and transits are extremely dirty.

We can focus on adding compost bins on the streets and even in train stations. If could help create a start for cleanness. Try to find more volunteers to help clean in the train station, try to control homelessness in the station, better technologies in the station, and find ways to promote people to not pollute, like ads.
