The city would spread awareness (via posting various PSAs around the neighborhood, social media ads, emailing) highlighting key dog ownership safety tips (e.g. keep your dog on leash in public at all times, always ask the owner before your dog engages with another owner's dog, supervise your dog when around children, etc.)\n2.
